All orders are carefully gift wrapped and shipped through Chit Chats Express (works with USPS) or DHL - depending on which service you choose at checkout. We will do our very best to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order but this is sometimes not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
Canada:
We are using Chit Chats Express or Canada Post shipping for orders within Canada - which can take 2-3 weeks (7 - 25 business days) for delivery from the moment of shipment. In most cases, it is delivered within 7-15 business days - but be prepared for the possibility that it may take a bit longer (ie weather delays etc..) This method is not tracked nor insured but is safe and reliable. Canada Post does operate on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be provided. If you wish to have your order delivered faster, please choose the Canada Post Express Shipping option at checkout.
United States:
We are using Chit Chats Express for USA orders. Chit Chats works with USPS and generally delivery takes 5-10 business days from the moment of shipment. Fast and reliable service that provides tracking information. If you wish for a faster delivery option, choose DHL Express shipping at checkout. DHL generally takes 2-4 business days.
International/Overseas:
For international orders , we use Chit Chats Express who works with USPS or Ascendia. International orders generally take 15 - 30 business days to arrive - often depending on your country's custom procedures. In most cases, it takes about 10-20 business days. If you wish for faster delivery, please choose DHL Express Post shipping at checkout. This option generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
