If you wish to return an item, then please mail the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving the item. The item should be in the same condition in which it was sent - including no scents (perfume, cologne). The buyer pays for the return shipping. Once the piece has arrived back to us, we will gladly refund you for the full amount of your order minus the original shipping fee or you can exchange your item. *We are not responsible for duties and taxes charged to us for returns* This is why it is so important to write 'returned merchandise' clearly on the front of the package or on the return invoice. Failure to write 'returned merchandise' may result in buyer paying the duties and taxes on the returned item(s). As long a you write 'Returned Merchandise" there is no issue.
We accept exchanges. The piece must be shipped back to us and received before we ship the alternate piece . Buyer pays the shipping on the exchanged item.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged items in the mail. However, be assured that our packaging is strong and your shipped item is protected.
