INCREDIBLE ! Blue Opalized Petrified Wood macrame necklace ! Petrified Wood with Blue Opal was first found in streams near the slopes of three volcanoes in Indonesia’s West Java Province. Local miners found an ancient petrified forest - which had been pushed over by volcanic flows. The wood in this ancient forest was fossilized and preserved by opaline silica. This is "Blue Opalized Petrified Wood!" Quality pieces of this material are difficult to come by now making this a very special find !
